The 124th winner of the 1000 Guineas, held on Friday 30th April 1937 over the Rowley Mile, was Exhibitionnist (10/1), a bay filly by Solario out of Lady Wembley, owned by Sir Victor Sassoon. The winner won by 1/2 a length in 1 minute 43.80 secs, with a head back to the third. A field of 20 runners contested the race which was worth £7500 (Equivalent to £486,000 in 2017)
